Good afternoon, dear forum members! I am looking for a job online.
A little about my experience: I worked as a sales manager for a gray American company, selling online services. Also worked as head of sales. I have experience in writing texts, developing marketing strategy and projekt-management.
My skills: fluent Russian and English, competent oral and written speech, confident and clear diction. Proficient computer skills, knowledge of Excel, complex formulas for calculating salaries, percentages and quotients. I also have extensive experience with Miro desk, Figma and other services that are necessary for building a product line.
I have experience in building a sales department from scratch, hiring teams, conducting primary and secondary interviews, exit interviews, and firing employees.
The advantages of working with me: I am focused on real, not formal results, if I see a помойка to change or improve something, saving the company's resources I always offer solutions, not sitting on the sidelines. I have a calm attitude to overtime - if there are work issues outside of working hours, I will solve them as quickly as possible, not later.
